1. On or about August 3, 2013 at or shortly after 8:23 a.m.,Dr. Simona Tibu was driving on Alberta Highway 21 to treat patients.
Sheriff Behiels stopped her for speeding , and when questioned for his aggressively behaviour , he assaulted and sexually assaulted Dr Tibu in handcuffs . Dr Tibu gives credit for her life to a driver who stopped when hearing Dr Tibu screaming for help .
Dr. Simona Tibu was shocked to find out she was the one charged with the offenses of obstruct peace officer (section 129(a) CCC) and assault peace officer (section 270(1)(b) CCC) in the same day of her interview on Global News

2. This case represents the clearest of cases of unnecessary, disproportionate and brute force applied to a driver at a roadside traffic stop without lawful authority. No other case of unlawful arrest exists within the reported jurisprudence relating to traffic stops in Alberta in similar circumstances. Following a Sheriff’s requests of the accused for documents at the roadside that lasted less than 44 seconds on August 3, 2013, Dr. Tibu was violently jerked out of her car, put in the way of harm on the dangerous roadside of an Alberta highway, slammed into her car approximately seven times, pressed up against her vehicle bruising her stomach, legs and breasts , traumatizing her lower abdominal area. She was groped, manhandled , forcefully bended at the back at her car where sheriff Behiels pushed his erected penis in her buttock area for around 7,5 minutes accordingly to the dash camera .
When an independent witness stopped and called 911 to help Dr Tibu , sheriff Behiels decided to kill Dr Tibu or produce her permanent brain damages to avoid accusations of sex assault .
3. Dr Tibu succeeded to obtain a restraining order against sheriff Behiels that has been renewed by a handful of Justices for a period of one year
4. When Dr Tibu found out the local police did not place charges on the sheriff , she self represented in a hearing in front of Judge Rosborough who placed charges of assault and sex assault on sheriff Behiels . Alberta Government chose to stop the prosecution of the sheriff , wishing a conviction of Dr Tibu to escape liability for their employee .

5. In April 2015 , Dr Tibu was wrongfully convicted by Judge Yake , who , accordingly to Justice Greckol misapprehended and ignored the evidence . Judge Yake gave Dr Tibu a jail sentence ( suspended sentence )
6. Dr Tibu successfully appealed her convictions in December 2015, when Justice Greckol made a determination that sheriff Behiels illegally arrested Dr Tibu , and Dr Tibu cooperated with the sheriff , acquitting Dr Tibu of all charges .

7. Alberta Government who employed sheriff Behiels hit Dr Tibu again to escape liability and further appealed Dr Tibu acquittal . Justice Schutz denied Alberta Government leave to further appeal Dr Tibu case , agreeing with Justice Greckol findings that sheriff Behiels illegally arrested Dr Tibu, thus upholding her acquittal

8. Sheriff Behiels sued Dr Tibu for defamation for 4 million dollars and served her with a lawsuit at her sentencing day . He also served her with a notice of defamation lawsuit in summer 2014
9. Dr Tibu countersued sheriff Behiels and his employer for 5,6 million in summer

10. Sheriff Behiels withdrew his lawsuit against Dr Tibu in 2016 With Cost awarded to Dr Tibu
