Afford Justice was created and founded by Dr. Simona Tibu from Central Alberta, Canada. She has firsthand experience with police misconduct, and she is currently involved in ongoing litigation against police.  Dr. Simona Tibu is known for her active demonstrations and protests on the topic of police brutality.
